Unable to Create Certificate "The certificate request could not be submitted to the certification authority"
hi,
i'm attempting create new certificate on machine running server 2008 64 bit enterprise.
i have added certificates snap in mmc console.
from within console go personal certificates. right click request new cert, next, friendly name of server , ok enroll.
i message saying "the rpc server unavailable.the certificate request not submitted certification authority"
when check in event viewer there event id 13 error. error message referencing machine.

certificate enrollment local system failed enroll machine certificate terminal-server.mydomain.local\mydoamain(the rpc server unavailable. 0x800706ba (win32: 1722)).

please follow below link troubleshoot event id 13

2) check if issue happening specific user or users , please try iwth domain administrator account
3) if machine specific issue , not profile issue, please check if ports opened ( 135 ) , check service.
4) testing purpose please import certificate on thumb drive , try installing manually , after installation please check certificate errors.
