Migrating Domain Controllers (Windows Server 2008 R2) and Exchange Server 2010 Databases to a Different Geo-location.



planning migration of following systems in organization: 2 domain controllers, 2 client access servers, 2 exchange server 2010. of these services running separately on dedicated vm machines (windows server 2008 r2) hosted on esxi. 

migrating these systems different geo-location hosted on 6 dedicated windows server 2012 r2 vm machines (2 dcs, 2 cass, , 2 exchange server dbs) on esxi 5.5. appreciate if provide few suggestions , best practices.

keep in mind dcs should not backed images/snapshots prevent usn rollbacks.
