evaluation copy of windows server 2012 R2 can be converted to licensed product?

i downloaded windows 2012 r2 datacenter (that desc. download center of microsoft) downloaded iso version. after boot win 2012 r2 , edition list, notice "windows server 2012 r2 standard evaluation (gui)", i'm wondering if current image evaluation purposes or can enter license key activate online? don't need buy installer retail shop or 3rd party vendor literary format server again.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
