modify BOOT.WIM --> PEIMG failed to complete the operation with status code 0x800703fb.

i have problem when have deploy windows server 2003 x64 r2 on dell poweredge 2950 or 1950. i'm using wds server running on windows server 2003 r2 sp2 x64 , want deploy windows server 2003 x64 image dell poweredge 2950. poweredge 2950 has nic broadcom netxtreme 2 network card , therefore need vista driver (.inf) broadcom netxtreme 2. i've tried inject ris drivers of win server 2003 (ris drivers vista/longhorn aren't available yet). when injected these vista drivers peimg got error code: 'peimg failed complete operation status code 0x800703fb'. peimg commands tried put in.

 

my command inject driver boot.wim (windows server 2008 x64) -->

 

imagex /mountrw d:\temp\customboot.wim 2 d:\temp\mount

 

peimg /inf=d:\temp\drivers\bdrv5706\diag\bxdiag.inf /image=d:\temp\mount

is there knows i'm doing wrong? or there other possibility create custom boot.wim x64 deployments on poweredge 2950?

do have other files in drivers\* folder , not .inf file?  try sh0rtening path or using wildcard * install?

Windows 2016 RDS event 1306 Connection Broker Client failed to redirect the user... Error: NULL

i'm attempting setup windows 2016 rds standard deployment session hosting.  layout follows: rds01 - rds connection broker , web access ts02 - rds session host ts03 - rds session host domain these servers part of has (1) windows 2008 server , (2) windows 2016 servers acting dcs.  domain running @ windows 2003 functional level. servers on single routed network no firewall between them.  dns , ptr records servers exist , resolve on hosts.  servers can pinged each other. in other words, there no network connectivity issues. i've setup rds deployment several times w/ same results. the issue can login via rdweb interface on rds01 win10 desktop , connect published rdp desktop without issue (i.e. no error messages user) , no errors in logs.  when try directly rdp rds01, authenticate user (per event log) error stating user doesn't have access system.  in event log event id 1306 message of "remote desktop connection broker client faile...
