VirtualBox domain (Server 2012 + Windows 7) client internet access problem
hi. i'm doing prepared exams.
i've set both machines on virtualbox 4.2.12
windows server 2012 standard (ad, dns, dhcp, wds)
network controller 1 (intranet) - set internal network
static
ip: 192.168.1.1
mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 0.0.0.0
dns: 127.0.0.1
network adapter 2 (home link) - bridged adapter (to wifi card connected home modem/router)
dhcp
ip: 192.168.0.26
mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1
dns: 194.168.4.100, 194.168.8.100
dhcp scope
pool: 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.200
router: 192.168.1.1
dns server: 192.168.1.1
windows 7 professional
ip: 192.168.1.100
mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.1.1
dns: 192.168.1.1
the problem having wihle server has access home broadband, client machine not. can ping server win 7 machine, can't through modem or router. need routing installed don server?
previously had server 2008 r2 , routing installed ping modem 192.168.0.1 or google.co.uk , resolve ip, no response back.
if point me in right direction great.

on server 2012 vm can enable internet connection sharing on network adapter 2 (properties, , go sharing tab)
