Remoteapp 2012 R2 Computer not found from outside (internet)

hello,

i need help, i've create remoteapp server share application user, doesn't work outside ... can access web portal ( created public dns name) after clicking in application have error message : computer not found ... 

does someones  know why ?

please ensure rd gateway have public dns record registered.
