Offhost snapshot of Exchange server 2003 VSS Writer fails

i using backup exec 12.x , shadow protect on exchange server backup. backup exec fails take off-host backup of information store. have workaround problem, restarting information store service every time before backup exec runs backup job.

shadow protect running fine , doesn't run @ same time backup exec.

workaround solution: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930800

restarting information store service everyday not thing. want solution problem not workaround annoying.

according description, seems related third party application. focus on file service , storage question windows server system, suggest you contact third party vendor check if there known issue.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
