2008 DFSR limitations in a 2003 domain


i running windows 2003 r2 dc, want add in 2 nas servers running windows 2008 storage server.

will dfs replication restricted limitations of 2003 r2 or benefit of 2008 limitations? i'm concerned number of files, number of directories , amount od data can replicated. can expect?
