dns and ds service won't start at boot (server 2008 r2)

i have windows 2003 r2 server (named server ip 10.0.0.1) , new 2008r2 (named server2 ip 10.0.0.3), added ad dc. single forest, single domain

both dc , both dns server (ad integrated)

on windows 2008 server, on tcp-ip dns1 , dns2 set 10.0.0.3 , 127.0.0.1. configuration after boot "apply computer configuration" showed lon time (more 15 minutes), dns , ds don't start. unable logon consolle,  nslookup client shows dns server in not working.

if prior boot disconnect lan cable start well.

if set tcp-ip  dns 10.0.0.3 , 10.0.0.1 start well, because uses old server dns (10.0.0.1)

several allert , error recorder:

dns-server event 4013 dns server iw waiting active directory domain services signal initial sincronization of directory has been conpleted

directory service event 2088 active directory domani service not use dns resolve ip address of source domain contoller listed below ... alternate server name server, failing dns host name: 4c593.....msdcs....

dhcp server error 1059 service failed see directory server authorization

dfssvc error 14550 dft namenspace service coud not  initialize cross forest trust informatio...

netlogon event 5781 dinamic registration or delegatio of 1 or more dns record..failed

dnscliet event 1014 timeout after non fo configured dns server responded

it seems see first dns server working. happen ip both server restarted @ same time?

any suggestion solve?

is 1 of dns servers secondary zone? settings have zone transfers?

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Windows 2016 RDS event 1306 Connection Broker Client failed to redirect the user... Error: NULL

i'm attempting setup windows 2016 rds standard deployment session hosting.  layout follows: rds01 - rds connection broker , web access ts02 - rds session host ts03 - rds session host domain these servers part of has (1) windows 2008 server , (2) windows 2016 servers acting dcs.  domain running @ windows 2003 functional level. servers on single routed network no firewall between them.  dns , ptr records servers exist , resolve on hosts.  servers can pinged each other. in other words, there no network connectivity issues. i've setup rds deployment several times w/ same results. the issue can login via rdweb interface on rds01 win10 desktop , connect published rdp desktop without issue (i.e. no error messages user) , no errors in logs.  when try directly rdp rds01, authenticate user (per event log) error stating user doesn't have access system.  in event log event id 1306 message of "remote desktop connection broker client failed redirect user &
