RAS server name being passed as domain when connecting via F5 firepass SSl VPN device

hi guys,

we use f5 firepass ssl device provide remote access our rds 2008 r2 farm.  when user connects click ok on windows disclaimer screen , presented invalid credentials error.  clicking ok on error shows vpn device appears passing credentials "servername\user" rather "domain\user" backed failed logon attempts in event log.  our network team have checked config of firepass, cannot see issue.

has seen before?

chris
