NTDS Replication Error

when ran repadmin /showrepl on 1 of dc

i getting below error

source: xxx\server

last error: 1127 (0x467):
            while accessing hard disk, disk operation failed after re
tries.

can on how resolve replication issue

regarding error, seems active directory unable write active directory database or log files. root causes include:
software on local machine interfering ability of active directory write changes active directory database or log files.
defect exists in disk subsystem including motherboard, driver controller, firmware, driver, physical drives.
