Failover Cluster 2012 Network Name fails to come online.

hi,
created new 1 node windows 2012 failover cluster.  the cluster created successfully, but configuring client access point  finished without creating vco in active directory. then created computer object in same ou cluster according article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732035(v=ws.10).aspx 
permissions on ou and  vco cluster account escalated full, dns , ptr records created, quota related creating computer objects increased, has fixed problem: events 1194 , 1069 generated on attempt online network name. following 1 guide, tried find registry key network name resource that corresponded guid of object of vco, absent here.

i've investigated find , found no solution.

any appreciated.
