hi,
if change default setting “create symbolic link” on hyper-v server can error. this due virtual machines needing right in order link vha storage areas. by default, when install hyper-v role, special group called "virtual machines" created , given “create symbolic link” right. if change right gpo, not able create virtual machines , above error. this group contains virtual machine service sids.
