Disable Updates until approved

dear forum,

i disable updates until have approved them.

i have chosen different ou's server , clients, because of different 'update-needs' , created therefore specific gpo's client-side-targeting settings.

question:

is enough disable these gpo's until approve updates or have create 1 gpo on top-level prevents update activity - if yes

- best option ? according research there big choice of settings.

thank in advance or suggestions.

regards karen

in group policy point machines local wsus , manage updates inside wsus approve or ...

there no need disable or enable gpos
