Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel

i think right place ask certs...

i have post in service manager (scsm) forum because application i'm having issue with. here's link.

in order integrate exchange connector scsm have issue cert scsm trusts it. apparently scsm not trust root cert, doesn't trust exchange cert though. have manually imported root cert mmc snapin on scsm server, i'm still seeing error isn't trusted. 

any ideas issue might be? let me know if need more information - don't claim cert expert.

according other post of yours, seem have solved certificate issue, , error occurred.

if haven’t solved yet, please post out exact error message further troubleshooting.
