hi,

windows server 2008 terminal server first tries use ts easy print driver. if client computer not support driver, terminal server looks matching printer driver installed on terminal server. can either install matching printer driver on terminal server, or can create custom printer mapping file.

if want modify printer settings terminal session, can use printer redirection windows server 2003.

using printer redirection.

·         if want using printer redirection, must install matching printer driver on terminal server , client computer.

·         you can disabled the "use easy print driver first" setting in group policy , using printer redirection test whether same issue still exists.
