How to limit a single user access to a single server via RDP?

i'm bit new active directory , have no idea how implement group policy. boss has asked create user account outside contractor able access  a specific server user via remote desktop.

if create user , add account domain admins group, rdp works, don't want user able connect servers in domain. 1 server.

can point me in direction of documentation on how create type of policy enable connectivity no access other servers in our domain?

i want create account local server without putting in domain, boss wants see value out of ads, here several hours effort no success.

any pointers available resources appreciated. or quick step-by-step...

you have many options. can create new group user or these types of users.  then allow access group on particular server.  or deny access these group members on other servers.
