Short lease times on DHCP 2012 Failover

under scope properties have lease duration set 8 days when client assigned ip lease expires after 1 hour.

hi,

in new windows srver 2012 dhcp failover, initial lease = mclt (maximum client lead time).  afterwards(50% of mclt, in case 30 minutes), same client renew , 8 days scope definition.  i encourage read dhcp failover protocol rfc.  i haven't seen microsoft documenting properly. i'm thinking blogging more details.
