Windows 2008 R2 Keeps Restarting

i have hp ml350 g4 server. installed windows 2008 standard , everyhting worked well. when installed 2008 r2 server keeps restarting until safe mode menu. tried safe mode , stops @ clsasspnp driver load. i've done windows repair, memory check, did the raid5 on , installed new hard drives. appreciated.

please donwload latest version of hp smart start should support windows 2008 r2 in base os , give try problem whihc mentioned due drivers if still not solved may contact hp server forums more help.
