microsoft word 2010 cannot be opened try again or repair the product in control panel

i didn't have problem doing repair. successful. notice after rebooted computer , click on ms word icon first time takes 1 min. word open. opening file under ms word after first time software invoked runs fine! 

what's that?!

we may need perform steps troubleshoot issue:

1. after computer rebooted, start word administrator, still loaded slowly?

2. after reboot, please start word in safe mode try again:

press win + r, type "winword.exe /safe" in run window, press enter.

word start , disable 3rd-party add-ins, if there no issue in safe mode, please disable suspicious add-ins verify 1 caused issue.

3. please perform clean boot determine whether background programs interfering word:
