windows 2003 enterprise, blue screen during installation

have next problem.
in warehouse i've found old hardware , trying revive it, since in constant deficit hardware.
hardware stratus ftserver3300. (this first time i've seen hardware cluster - 2 i/o units, , 2 cpu units working hot-spare 1 another). not find companion cd came hardware. on site server not supported, , no drivers available other bios upgrade. but, on site, server stated windows2003 installable, figured @ first did not need drivers installation.

server started no problem, , after figuring password, i've seen windows2003 installed already.
had 1 18g scsi disk inside (out 6), , filled top.

collected drivers utility, placed 2x36g ultra180 disks in each i/o unit, , started windows installation.

after collecting usual driver collection windows 2003 cd (i refused press f6 drivers), , windows ntfs last, went bluescreen, stating should check hardware , possible hdd virus corruption. chkdsk /f (to mention hdds put inside lowlevel formated on other machine).
@ time tried looking scsi controler driver. figured controler qla12160, found old variant of driver (for 2000), , placed on floppy, , started installation again. pressed f6, , pointed driver on floppy. installation said has driver, , newer 1 on floppy. tried both (using 1 on installation cd, , 1 of floppy), , both gave me same issue - blue screen.

ok, tried next thing. mixed disks, , placed other disks (even old 18g, put on side, , did not format, or anything), , tried again, trying avoid maybe, in case, there realy problem hdd.

again same result.

figured might not controler, or disk.

try again , collect correct stop code blue screen, untill then, suggestion direction should more welcome.

stop ox7b due boot device failure. should check following

-- disk hardware problem

-- whether controller installed , being recognized

-- need install compatible drivers hard disk , iscsi , , hard disk controllers
