Trying to move to Server 2008 r2 from Small Business Server 2003. I am also moving to Exchange 2010

is go-by or procedure list explain best way migrate sbs 2003 server 2008 r2?  have active directory, shares, , exchange server running.  new exchange server 2010.  not know servers , use can get.  have found several documents migration server 2003, not sbs.  appreciated.

i migrating glorified desktop has been used server dell poweredge. 

is migrating best option or should start new.  have 40 devices in domain , 50 users. 

and way, volunteer knows little computers , less servers.  doing christian school needs upgrade.

if background how describe it, going lot of work, , recommend staying "if isn't broke, don't fix it" plan.

i recommend getting "windows server transition pack" , performing the "in place" upgrade, if possible, because process of migrating new domain going complicated 1 , process of starting on new 1 going involve lot of manual steps in terms of re-permissioning things.

be sure to domain controllers , servers before performing upgrade can revert if things break.
