What is the correct etfsboot file to use to create a windows2012 bootable iso ?

i injected few drivers windows2012r2 server iso following steps mentioned in article. driver injections went through fine. created bootable image using oscdimg command. boot image failed "install.wim not found" error.

i wanted check if using correct etfsboot.com file ehile creating iso. tried 1 under c:\program files (x86)\windows kits\10 , c:\program files (x86)\windows kits\8.1 folders. tried using 1 inside original win2012 iso. using following command:

c:\temp>oscdimg.exe /m /nt /b"c:\program files (x86)\windows kits\8.1\assessment
 and deployment kit\deployment tools\amd64\oscdimg\etfsboot.com" .\win2012r2copy
 .\win2012.iso

any idea doing wrong here ?
