æ ø å in username, wireless, windows 7
earlier posted in windows 7 forum, got sent here microsoft modrator:
after installing windows 7, i've found accounts usernames containg either æ,ø or å can no longer log on domain via wireless. same accounts authenticate fine via wireless xp, mac, smartphones etc, , windows 7 if connected cable. log on ias server shows test-account æøå sends username <domain>\ã¦ã¸ã¥, resulting in event id: 2 user denied access. there fix make windows 7 send correct username?
setup windows 7 client, windows server 2003 ias, wpa-enterprise, tkip , ms-chapv2

can please try update wireless device drive on windows 7 see if can helpful?
