Add "System" to all folders without changing current settings.

server 2003, 32-bit

due new backup program, requiring system security folders being backed up, need make sure system has full permission subfolders , files in backup scope.  the problem is, folders have inherit permissions off, , explicit permissions set.

i.e.:

under folder userhome each user has folder, user1, user2, user3, etc.  the user1 through 3 has security of domain admins, , user.

i need add system userhome , subfolders , files.  when replace, of course loose user1, user2, etc. permissions.

how can add system subfolders?  is there command line?

thanks!
