hi all i'm new @ whole ip based location printing thing...  i'm managing small school's network. they've got 3 printers on ip. printers shared via domain pc (running dc).  one printer in computer lab, other in staff lab, , other 1 in library.  i came across problem school has. students printing other printers on network, shouldn't doing. computer teacher , have no control on printing now.  i wondering, how set location based printing, if student logged onto library pc, he/she can see library printer , not other 2 printers, , on other locations. our network works via vspace ncomputing devices, terminal services. run windows server 2008 r2 operating system.  can please me tutorial or guide set location based printing?  hi, move thread printing forum, can ask how deploy printer ? wmi filter ip work. i tell know computer in school "deepfreezed" or such, i'am guessing push @ each logging printer. regards, philippe don't forget...

dear sir i have joined in company. in company diffrent network setup done. there one  2003 standerd server sp2 15 xp3 clients pc. and  1 interanet connection. ip range  192.168.240.x subnetmask  255.255.255.0 default gatway  192.168.240.1 manually ip provide specific users this link used for  private online application only. user private online company work. network. cant access internet connection. one internet connection ip range 192.168.1.x subnet  255.255.255.0 default gatway  192.168.1.1 dhcp configure by user can access internet , use  google, yahoo. etc. there is only 1 switch in used . both isp connection directly linked this switch . every xp pc have 1 lan card.   sir problem user using xp , working on private online application .  ip range 192.168.240.x want access  both online application , internet on same time on there 1 pc. used chan...
